During your acupuncture session(s), we will discuss your medical history as you provided for us via online forms along with a thorough in-depth discussion and follow through with a treatment plan based on findings. The primary goal is to help you find balance, optimize all your systems, along with calming your body & mind to help facilitate the healing process. These imbalances may show up as physical or emotional, and the end goal is to help restore all those systems that communicate as a holistic unit.
.5" - 1.5" needles will be used during your session to facilitate the movement of Qi to help restore balance.
Please provide 15-30 minutes for consultation (pre & post treatment), typical acupuncture resting time run from 30 - 45 mins of acupuncture, 5-10 mins of cupping & 5-20 mins of supplemental, dietary and herbal recommendations depending on your unique situation.
60-90 minutes for Initial Consultation & treatment depending on your time & needs.
45-60 minute for follow-up acupuncture treatment depending on your time & needs.
